How Does T Shirt Printing Work?

Many of us wear printed t shirts daily, but don’t know how t shirt printing works. t shirt printing can be a complicated process, but keep reading to learnt he basic steps of t shirt printing.

The first thing to do is design the logo, image, or words you want on the computer.

Next, the design is uploaded to a special machine that is used to cut out the logo on social paper that sticks to clothing and has a protective film over top.

When the design on paper comes out of the machine, it isn’t always perfect. Sometimes printing specialists need to use a tool to pull the edges of the logo up to give it clean lines.

This is similar to the process done on a Cricut machine.

Next, the area of clothing where the design will be applied is put into a press machine that works like an iron. This makes the area smooth and warm for application. Now the design is placed in the correct spot, and the press machine is closed again to adhere the logo to the t shirt. The last thing to do is peel off the film, and it’s done!
